All of our plans require an automatic, recurring payment source e.g: credit/debit card or standing order.
It varies based on what elements are being designed or created. To give you an idea though, crafting a logo, poster, or business card is like a design sprint – we can whip up a dazzling draft in 1-3 working days. For the epic saga of websites, it's a journey that spans 2 weeks to 2 months or more. The bigger the website, the more epic the tale.
As many as we can handle! Just submit your design requests and we'll do the rest. We have an online request form for you to fill in to make it easier.

Sure. There are no contract ties. However, If you no longer require our awesomeness you will need to give us 30 days' notice. Therefore you will need to pay for your subscription for one more month. We'd hate to see you leave us. Let us know if there's anything else we can do before you wave goodbye.
Short answer...No, unfortunately. Long answer: We provide top-notch graphics for your marketing and branding campaigns but we don't offer
a marketing service itself. We give you the tools to set up your campaigns ready to be marketed. However, we do conduct market research when building your graphical presence. We'll also offer our advice if you need a little guidance.
We will never use AI to complete a project or design. We're not about to let robots take over the creative party. Our designs are handcrafted with love and a touch of human quirkiness. While we don't let AI steal the spotlight, we do occasionally use AI from time to time to form part of a design or edit. We don't rely on AI but we may sometimes use AI's capabilities as an important ingredient to our awesome design mixing bowl!
